I have always loved and been interested in holistic therapies and the treatments involved. I qualified at Jackie Hamilton’s School of Holistic Therapies in Norwich (Jackie Hamilton School of Therapies) in June 2014,
After qualifying I added to my knowledge and attended advanced workshops in:

- foot reading,
- hot stones reflexology
- Reiki (Master)

- ITEC Level 3 Massage
- Currently studying ITEC Level 3 Aromatherapy Massage (June 2022)
