As every year, winter is coming soon. Most of the people are certainly going to get the free flu shot, without even considering that there is a much more efficient natural way of preventing the flu. The elderberry is much more efficient when it comes to fighting the flu, than the flu shot is. When it comes to the flu shot, all I can say is that last year the flu shoot was only 23% effective. Then why do we continue getting vaccinated and not try something more natural, like elderberries.
